      Pros

      Tasks are challenging and are always near the cutting edge of design and process. Flexible work hours and can easily work remotely.

      Cons

      RSU/Options not given for most engineers, and salary is average. Many night time meetings due to world wide team Workload is hard, and schedules are aggressive. Slowly more politics are coming into the office.

      - You get to work with the best minds in the industry - They don't treat India as back office support. I work in a truly global team - Good benefits like free WiFi, free food, free transportation, work from home and I can go on - Lot of things to learn if you are passionate about embedded systems and SoC - No Micromanagement - No Politics - Cool managers and peers - and a lot of things

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, good vacation policy (none). Pay is not bad, but increases do not seem to be tied to results.

      Cons

      Management is micromanaging (pun intended) senior people, annual reviews are ridiculously short, good advice is often ignored, bad advice is often accepted.
