      Managers have been good to me, but maybe I've been lucky Good automated test infrastructure for software Neat if silly campus events throughout the year Doesn't really try to keep up with tech-bubble trends

      Documentation is on the weak side; frequently need to find a person instead of a document Internal news is spun pretty heavily

      - You get to work with talented people, I learned a lot from others - Your views are valued and given a chance to work on what you think best for team - There are many knowledge sharing activities across teams, which helps you collaborate strongly - CEO is amazing, a great motivator! - As long as you follow deadlines you can pretty much work in your own way

      Cons

      none as such, I disliked the food though
