      Pros

      Got pulled into work from day 1, they treat interns like regular employees. Extremely talented engineers, very helpful. The approach is competitive and aggressive here. Good pay, benifits. They pay for your transportation, relocation, flight, etc.

      Micromanagement is a problem here

      - very friendly atmosphere - wide range of exposure from chip design till customer deployment - great architecture and graphics team - flexible working hours and work from home is available

      Cons

      - pay is average - not very hierarchical and within a post there are so many bands - very difficult to relocate outside india office
