      1. Depends mostly on project and manager, but for the most part you can have good work life balance 2. Free food i.e breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner(in case you stay back late) 3. Bus facility from your residence to office anywhere in the city in Pune 4. Laidback dress code 5. Employee Stock Purchase Plans

      - Lots of perks, in the form of stocks, flexi work hours (in a true sense, nobody bothers you about timing), free cafeteria, free transport - great employee oriented policies like 3 month paternity leave

      Cons

      - QA org is filled with pretty average engineers who are happy to do repeated work - promotions are hard to come by
