      Very good work and many things to learn. Work culture is very good. Very flexible timings.

      Cons

      Many people had dreams to get into NVIDIA, and people work very hard to get into it. But the management does not consider the talent rather they consider college background. Management prefers BITS people and treat them as gods and the people from other colleges as scratch. They pay very high for Bits people when compared to others.They take bits interns without any interviews and make them permanent.
