      Great technology, excellent engineering team. A lot of talented engineers, feel proud as part of the team. Engineering oriented company, most decisions are made by engineering leaders, not sales or marketing.

      Cons

      Long hours, stressful schedule, hard to balance work and life. Company is making money, but employee don't feel they are sharing the growth of the company.
