- Compensation and relocation are more than competitive - Teams doing interesting work across the company and there is cross-over between teams - Management is very open in company meetings

Cons

- Communication has been slow and inconsistent since offer signing

Pros

The company is great and the products it manufacture are on the edge of technology which makes the work interesting and exciting. It also has a lot of great benefits and the compensation is above market average in my experience. The CEO seems to be very down to earth and understands the issues the company and its employees have.

Cons

There's always a lot of work to be done and sometimes timelines aren't very reasonable which forces one to work after hours. People reach out at any time and don't respect much timezones or meeting schedules (a 30min meeting can go over for hours sometimes). Some processes have a lot of bureaucracy involved which makes implementing new features or technologies very cumbersome.
