      Great work. Sharp people. Not bad compensation. Free food (in India). Good learning and ownership experience

      Cons

      Management and compensation could be improved. India offices see a lot of unnecessary politics which could be avoided.

      Timing is flexible here. They have good employee benefits. Colleagues are good and very helpful. Good company to start.

      Pros

      Good place to learn. Especially for the time I worked I handled every thing from design verif to post silicon validation which one can get only in startup. Flexible working hours. Descent pay.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Flat structure not good for vertical growth. Internal job transfer and cross site transfers are difficult to get.
