      Very talented and motivating colleagues. Good benefits.

      You loose your work life balance very often. Culture is not so lively.(No team outings and not many parties)

      Pros

      Very friendly co-workers. Atmosphere of goodwill overall. Not the biggest of companies which means that you will own specific modules and have lot of responsibilities. Free food, free cab facility and free internet. at home.

      Cons

      Pay and hikes not great. They barely maintain market standard. Too much politics at times. Grabbing at work.

      Long working hours and working sometimes over the holidays makes it difficult to have a good work-life balance.
