      Not so great company to work from India

      Pros

      Has good management at high level (i.e.management from US) Tries to compensate good amount (i.e. atleast avg in India IT industry)

      Cons

      Low level management is very bad. Pune site leader is better, hyderabad site leader is worst. Will loose work and life balance Never get proper projection to higher management HR is very bad, you would feel like there are merely absent. Review process is very bad.

      Pros

      *Awesome people, they hire the best. So you can be assured that the your colleagues are best at what they do. *Decent compensation, cant complain *Cutting-Edge work. *Lots of flexibility when it comes to work hours, working from etc.

      Cons

      *Working in the mobile division can be stressful. *Hiring policy is bad. They hire mostly NCG's very few lateral hires. *Office space is not up to standards of decent companies.
