      Flexible working hours work from anywhere based on situation managers are hassle-free independently delivery your tasks sense of ownership infrastructure (facilities, local IT support etc) at par Shuttle, food(lunch) service is FREE

      Cons

      compensation is based on which group (engineering, software, hardware, IT ) you belong to. Least budget for compensation is given to IT per my experience. Your manager is the BOSS - make or break for you

      Well, it was a paymaster once upon a time, not anymore. Perks are getting poorer. Managers have too much power with less responsibilities, resulting few monkeys with sword. Co-ordination between different centers is poor, particularly bad for software
