Pros
Top of the market salary. Free food. ESPP allows 15% of income instead of the standard 10. Offices look great. Some of the vest people to work with.
Cons
High pressure. You will see people online 24x7 and the expectations are you would be too. Management is power hungry and will use you to increase their gains. Need to play the corporate game pure handwork doesn't help. Will be told no a lot if you want to explore things outside your JD even if it's better for the company as a whole
