Pros

NVIDIA is chock full of really talented people. Most of the engineers and managers I dealt with were technically top-notch, and very knowledgeable about graphics.

Cons

Engineers are spread around the projects like peanut butter. You don't have much of a project identify, since you get moved from project to project according to the whims of management. The pace is hectic, and the company seems to always run in crisis mode.

Pros

Same or above average salary.

Cons

Everything other than Pros. Totally agree with the other NVIDIA reviewer's comment: they trick you in with 5% higher salary over others because of your talent and make you do pathetic repeating job without mercy. BTW, I personally had no pay-raise the last 2+ years and managers/directors are too busy either kissing or poking others ass to watch out for their own folks. Bottom line: RUN, DON'T STOP!!!

Pros

Good name. Got to be part of the team to build the world's most fantastic chip. High compensation compared to outside market.

Cons

Depending on department, workload can be impulsive. Some teams can have very long work hours over a long period of time. Some team has limited professional growth.
