      Incredible Culture

      Pros

      As a new employee, I am amazed by the supportive attitudes of my colleagues and managers. The compensation and benefits are far better than current market competitors. The onboarding process was highly educational and got me up to speed quickly.

      Cons

      The company is moving at warp speed and the work is fast-paced. There are times I would like to have more time to dedicate to a particular task. I am frequently out of my comfort zone. (Not sure that is a bad thing in the long run.)

      Pros

      The people are really exceptional. People care about their work and collaborate well. The philosophies that were noted on my way in the door have proven to be how the company operates. It’s not lip service.

      Cons

      The structure can be challenging at times. People self organize and jump to help with different things, making it a bit puzzling at times to find your way. Everyone understands this, helps with navigation and it gets better over time as you learn the ropes. The flexibility of the structure ends up being an advantage in many cases.
