Pros
Exciting AI markets and technologies! I feel like we are truly cutting edge and contributing to society, not just building GPUs... part of this is Jensen's powerful vision and he's very inspirational. We are growing!
Cons
We are getting so large, it's getting harder to move quickly with process related projects. Surprisingly out-dated enterprise tools/processes. High pressure organization = expect to work over-time and over weekends. Incredible engineering focus but marketing weak (low investment area).
