The company fosters a great corporate culture that focuses on our customer at all times to provide the highest level of service. The company provides a tremendous amount of opportunity for growth and advancement.

Cons

Customer situations can present a challenge. If you love problem solving and helping people, this challenge quickly subsides because you find you love what you do.

Pros

NVR Mortgage offers great opportunities for growth from within. There is a strong culture that fosters a team atmosphere, while also invoking a competitive environment for driven and talented people. Great training for employees with or without prior mortgage experience and the support from management and other employees is exceptional.

Cons

Employees must have grit and must be extremely competitive; if you don't like that type of atmosphere, NVR Mortgage will not be a fit for you.

Money and bonus . Good base salary with 25% potential bonus. Great coworkers and a great product . 75 percent of the workforce has been there for 10 years or more

Cons

Cost of health insurance. Health insurance Monthly premium is 400, deductible is 2000 and out of pocket max is 6000. So if something were to happen which required hospitalization you would be spending around 10K
