Pros include decent salary (if you have experience), decent benefits but not as good as other tech companies. There is a lot of experience there and a lot of smart people.

Cons

Cons: You are just a number. They try and spread the narrative that you that you are "family" but will get rid of you as soon as it's no longer convenient for them. Poor work/life balance
