Pros
Salary, Benefits, Vacation, Chandler location close to home, option to work remotely as needed, flexible work hours. Travel can be a benefit, but travel is often restricted to the elite employees.
Cons
NXP is headquartered in the Netherlands, which makes working from the US a bit more challenging. This feedback is from the perspective of a US employee. Work hours may need to overlap Netherland time zone depending on position. It can be difficult to be involved in meetings that are held in the Netherlands due to the difference in time zone. Travel restrictions often make it difficult to feel like you are part of the Netherland teams. Much of the IT work has been outsourced to low-cost sourcing countries.
