Flexible working hours without core hours, many social events planned, many benefits, very interesting and challenging tasks, good collaboration between collegues.
Cons
All-in contracts without flex days for Seniors and higher, seemingly no possibilities to discuss pay during the year, work with more responsibilities without immediate higher pay, no cantine, only two days of home office per day for any team across the globe
