      Was a great place to work as Freescale! Good benefits, 401k, etc.

      Too many transitions and low morale due to 2 mergers in 2 years.

      Pros

      Good people, challenging work and technology. Compensation and benefits are pretty good. See a lot of groups working well and collaborating together.

      Cons

      Constantly changing priorities makes it hard to get something completely finished. See other groups still stuck in their old ways of my project is the most important.
