      Pros

      Very competent engineering. Very fair benefits. Profit sharing, RSU. Typical semiconductor industry company, some pressure to perform, time schedules etc. , but for that you get excellent pay and good people to work with.

      Cons

      Every company has warts. The DEI droning is tiresome. Nobody cares who you live with or sleep with, skin color etc. Just work hard and as a team.
