      -Management skill is very important. -As a middle man to solve the issue, if you are able to alert the team on time, you are safe or else you will be questioned. -good company profile

      -As a middle man to solve the issue, test/Product engineer will be questioned if the issue didn't solve on time (3 days include weekend) -the workload depend on the product. Will work in weekend without any payment. -the culture will likely push the issue to other team instead of solving the issue together. -high competition
