      Great team but Toxic Management

      Pros

      High/competitive pay. Great benefit (family insurance policy, travel allowance and etc),

      Cons

      Toxic management environment, straight scolding yoy in front of others, cursing and more. Not much teamwork between department. Many manual operations. If you are sick, still require working from anywhere you are at that time. Can't work from home even if your nature of work can WFH. Low starting Annual Leave.

      Pros

      Challenging work where you will be pushed to continuously learn. Strong push for collaboration. Lots of opportunities to take on new responsibility (but you probably won't be rewarded for it).

      Cons

      No work-life balance; senior management seems clueless about actual problems in the company; Does not promote to senior levels from within.
