      Great benefits. Friendly environment. Hours are long but still a good work/play setup.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency, lack of concerns by higher management, lots of employees are afraid of termination currently. Shutdowns and layoffs currently. Pay compatibility is lower than others in same market.
