      Pros

      Lots of improvement work can be done. Efficiency still on the rise. Good for engineers who want challenges.

      Cons

      Several checks and balances causing low efficiency. Salary is fine but you need to be in the strategic position and the company values "yes man" more than people with honest and direct feedback. Otherwise, like a typical, old style companies run by Asian leader. I tell you what to do, you do it, don't argue. Compartmentalized and Silo environment can be seen.
