      Pros

      Decent base pay, bonuses and various incentives. Good benefits, Challenging work. Not the greatest place for a software developer, but very good if you have an EE degree.

      Cons

      The company needs better direction and focus. Purchased by NXP recently, so things may get rocky for a while. If you live north, the drive is a real pain. More and more jobs going overseas.

      Pros

      Great technical minds, Its a European company, so it is very difficult for some to get fired. The company used to care deeply about employee engagement.

      Cons

      Company no longer cares about employee engagement. Company only cares about the bottom line and shareholder maximization. This is great, but they care about it to the detriment of all else which is a definite negative.
