      Salaries are low and depending on the project/department you would need to do quite some extra time, which is not compensated. Middle management is not qualified and promotions are hard (sometimes one can have the impression that they are only for locals...)

      flexible working hours, good work life balance

      Cons

      Eng. MT tries to micro manage everything. The team is India is especially micro managed. Most of the good work is done in Europe and low priority projects are given to India team. Lot of politics from Europe to undermine the work done at India.
