      Pros

      Good Company to work and have had a friendly environment around. It all depends of your reporting manager and how supportive and inspiring they make it for you..

      Cons

      Was reporting to a manager who wasn't very supporting and encouraging hence not very happy with my experience. But have seen other colleagues of mine with different reporting managers have a pleasant working experience here!

      Pros

      World leader in RFID/MiFARE. Strong potential with recently acquired Freescale Semiconductor. Generous bonus program during profitable years. Fast-track management program for young, brilliant, 100% committed individuals.

      Cons

      Can be a frustrating place to work. Poor upper management - primary concern is current profitability and hitting very ambitious financial goals. Upper management lacks vision, doesn't know the processes used/ignored by the teams, and will not invest in building internal teams/talent to meet long term goals/profitability - focus is often on outsourcing and reducing overhead rather than investing in hiring talented people.
