      Cool technologies, real close contact to hardware, relevant for people interested in the OS field, access to a lot of technical documentation, impeccable ethics, focused colleagues.

      Cons

      Too much management, lack of experience in the software development field, mixed visions, understaffed R&D, a lot of project and too few resources to carry them all through.
