      NXP Semiconductor is a large company that offers a multitude of jobs at a good pay scale.

      Cons

      Like any large company, the corporate structure and political environment can be very heavy and over bearing. Most managers do not like change or to be challenged to better the process. If you are ambitious and tend to be a change agent, this is not the company for you.
