Pros

Competitive salary which does not make up for the increasingly poor work environment.

Cons

Incompetent management, poor benefits, bad company culture. Company "forced" employees to give good reviews on the Gallup survey. Managers instructed employees to give no less than a 80%'on all questions.

Pros

Easy going work, with no hectic hours to put in. Opportunities to grow in area of choice. As a member of Flow and methodology team you will be heavily loaded as compared to other teams.

Cons

No appreciation of challenging work done. Manager is technically incompetent and always tries to push team. Non technical guys works as a project coordinator and tries to dominate senior technical team. Excessive favoritism for some guys from management. Clerical tasks to meet up the process.
