good balance between work and life. the colleagues are friendly and open. most of time, do not need to work for the extra hours. longer holidays than the company in asia
Cons
relatively lower payment than other IC companys. even with higher revenue, there is no bonus for the employee below level 70. on the other hand, the higher management team would always get their bonus.
