      Good products not so good management chain (Wireless division)

      Pros

      Company had a very good product line in 3G handset chipset area. Company was doing good with many customers on th GSM area.

      Cons

      Its been tossing around and getting merged or acquired by different companies and employees have at-least 3 different company names without changing the job....

      - Good to get experience, the company has been in the semiconductors industry for a while so there are some sites where you can still find very knowledgeable people.

      Cons

      - Way too much bureaucracy - To conservative company - Company seems to be sinking slowly
