      NXP Bangalore: Worst Place to work with….

      Pros

      No work, just complete time pass. Flexible Timing – Coming to office at 11:30AM & leaving at 3PM :P (No one questions us) Best place for worst performer.

      Cons

      Be manager’s boy, else no bonus & no hikes. We work on completely outdated Technologies & methodologies. Worst management, horrible politics & horrible people management. Huge unwanted management tree. Zero respect & zero recognition to intelligent & smart technical workers. Zero discipline & horrible time sense. Majority people never come on time for any meetings/trainings.

      Good canteen facilities, great tea and coffee free of cost.

      Cons

      Employees are a demotivated lot here in Bangalore . Blame game is always on , management knows the problem but acts as if it does not know anything. Cost cutting on the cards , LAYOFFS ON THE CARDS - Beware.
