      The company has a rich expertise in many technological areas. Although it is more and more driven by finance, it is still possible to grow technically if self-motivated.

      Cons

      - less and less inovative landscape - minimum risk taking in many technical domains - the management does not have a clear vision - regular cost down of the organisation

      NXP Semiconductor provides nice salary and good benefit package. You can get good opportunity to relocate other sites.

      The offices of NXP are in too many country and there is complicated structure in the management level.
