      Wide range of categories Wide range of countries to manage. A lot of low hanging fruit Opportunities for driving change and developing commodity strategies Strong middle management team.

      The masses are uneducated and do not have the "right" competencies. Short term vision of the organization Weak upper Management

      Some opportunity if you are in sales.

      Cons

      Company doesn't seem to believe in hiring Europe or American Engineers any more as they want all engineering to be done in China and India. Sad to see a once great company destroy itself.
