Good technical work, good technical expertise - manager and coworkers (team), learning and growth opportunities available.
Basically a high paying job. Also, Pay for performance model followed very diligently. Good recognition for valuable contribution. Consistent monetary awards, pay raise and incentives/bonus payout.
Good benefits - Insurance for self+parents, creche allowance, subsidised cost for office cab, office food (3 meals per day), gym/yoga/indoor games etc.
Good work culture and office culture.
Cons
Work-Life balance is slightly skewed.
WFH is not encouraged/appreciated. Due to lab dependency, difficult to do WFH.
Lay offs across geography and teams occurring every January since 2024.
