Pros
You can do a job that is useful and still have a full personal life. When the day is over it is rare that anyone takes work related concerns home with them. You only work 7.5 hours per day and then you are done. You also get effectively 5 weeks of vacation/year and are encouraged to use it. People are here are interesting and nice but not a lot of "go getters".
Cons
Salery is probably lots lower than in counsulting (I have to check on that). Work can get very routine unless you make an effort to change your Division now and then.
