Good if you have another income to support you. Good for short term arrangement between jobs. Minimum wage.

Cons

People are always getting hired and fired from here. No one is really in charge. Very disorganized and feels like a scam operation.

The coworkers I met bonded with.

Cons

You begin to think crisis management 24/7 is normal. Sales is always rewarded even if they are horrible. All other departments can eat dirt in the CEOs mind. The benefits are also bad

Pay is unlivable, PTO is a joke, no opportunities for growth, no sense of direction in which the company is heading, management does not have your back. This company does not care about you no matter how much they praise their "family culture".
