Laid back work environment where everyone is friendly. The team quickly helps you feel at home from sales, to operations. Management was nice and listened when we had suggestions

Cons

Salary isn't that great and the focus is priority is sales, so the rest of the company gets overlooked while doing all the work behind the scenes.

Decent amount of autonomy for the position I was in.

Cons

Company never had your back. They play the game like you are invaluable until you are not any longer. Bring in vulnerable people to work expecting the live their dreams and end up luck to be above minimum wage most weeks. Top Sales Leaders so arrongant, they spend more time on themselves then their teams.
