Healthy amount of senior level staff, Good people with good experience and mentorship mentality. Great diversity groups and activities.

Cons

Management is disconnected from production staff, Workload and responsibilities can get unreasonable. Top-down communication culture, lack of feedback culture. Bureaucracy.

Good for learning, long way to growth

Pros

You learn a lot of management especially from managing a lot of projects simultaneously. Very flexible with the schedule as long as you get work done

Cons

They wont tell you about possibly working late into the night if necessary since school projects happen after kids leave (4:00pm onwards). Promotion comes to the oldest in the office first.
