      great learning environment. very collaborative. room for growth. good incubator program for those learning energy efficiency, especially in the NYC office. great for making contacts. very flexible work/life though. opportunity to try new areas and learn new things.

      Cons

      limited raise increases and salaries were below market, but still reasonable. lots of paper pushing.

      Pros

      nice colleagues, good culture and occasional get togethers for cultural events

      Cons

      I got laid off after 3 weeks for “restructure”. Basically they are not very good with planning and made me go through 3 stages of interviewing (all of which I aced) just to get laid off because they didn’t have enough work to assign me. They divided my work to other full-timers and it has cost me to be income-less for months now.
