Most of projects are having only legacy codes which your team along with you will be migrating to new technologies. However you wont get any support from the client or any KT from client and your own team mates who are already working on the same things since long.
Its a company full of only donkeys who are just money minded.

You will get no in-depth knowledge about the project you are working on, or the technologies. Trust me when I say that they do not work on any of the latest tech stack on most of the projects.
The project allocation system is again adding fuel to the fire. They say its automated process and once you get any project in suggestion, you cant refuse it. If you refuse to work on that project, you get calls from HR and they will screw you and threaten you of dire consequences like instant termination n all.
Its been 3 months now for me in Nagarro and I do not even know the full form of the project that I am working on, forget about the KT thing here.
Join Nagarro only if you want money and nothing else...If you are willing to sacrifice your mental peace, work-life balance and agile kind of process, you are most welcome to join Nagarro.
Also you dont have option to work on preferred technology like Java, Dot net etc. If they have need in Front-end, they will make you work in front-end no matter whether you are a backend developer or not.
One of the worst companies to work with. Nagarro itself is an MNC but the projects they have make you feel like its just a startup with toxic and horrible culture.
