Pros

This review is not really anonymous since a lot of existing employees will know who I am (designation and number of years is a give away). Here are 'some' of the pros for Nagarro: - A lot of exposure at early stages in your career; - a lot of learning opportunities; - tremendous respect for hard work, talent, and passion; - a company with geekiness core to its DNA; a company for the brightest minds; - always looking to improve on its shortcomings - and importantly recognizes these shortcomings and is open to feedback from all levels of employees; - a company that has grown consistently since its founding; - poised to double in strength over the next 2-3 years; - is looking to make a difference socially as well; - a very flat hierarchy that eliminates deep tree structures of reporting; - founders and senior management lose sleep over things like corporate culture and employee satisfaction. I can go on and on - Nagarro really is one of the best places to work at for those who want to go places.

Cons

Working for one company as long as I have, it is very hard to make a big list of cons (if there were in my mind, I would've left already). That said, there are weaknesses (as any fast growing company may have) and these are being addressed. One of the things that we are trying to improve upon is transparency across the board.

Pros

Opportunity to work on a project from the beginning and gain deep understanding (mentioned in the statement as "a key resource on my project from the very beginning"). Client appreciation (mentioned in the statement as "My efforts were consistently recognized by the client"). Exposure to challenging clients and the opportunity to impress them (mentioned in the statement as "including instances where I received praise even from a notoriously critical client").

Cons

I was a key resource on my project from the very beginning and had a deep understanding of its intricacies. My efforts were consistently recognized by the client, including instances where I received praise even from a notoriously critical client. However, internally, these achievements weren't always reflected in performance reviews. Despite exceeding expectations, I consistently received "Highly Valuable" ratings, and not the "Extra Ordinary" recognition I felt my contributions merited. When I received an automated email indicating I was eligible for promotion, I spoke with my manager. He initially confirmed my eligibility and readiness for the promotion process, including the option to bypass the standard interview process through the level-up assessments. I diligently prepared for these assessments, even dedicating extra hours to complete them ahead of schedule within the quarter. However, there seemed to be a miscommunication. When I followed up with HR about the coding test, they advised that my manager hadn't yet provided approval. Upon contacting my manager again, he presented a new requirement for creating individual architectural designs before recommending me for promotion. This unexpected change in expectations, after I'd already invested significant time and effort in preparation, was disheartening. It ultimately factored into my decision to leave the company, despite initially planning a long tenure at Nagarro.

Pros

Work from home that too depends on Client.

Cons

1. They will hire you just for the company reputation and keep you on bench for a very long time and fire you whenever they want. 2. HR don't even reply if you ask them anything shows how they didn't care about you. 3. Worst work culture. 4. They are always laying off silently giving lame reasons. 5. They will put you on bench for months then provide you with worst project with irrelevant skills. Will suggest not to join this company.
