      the pay is fair, and the people are kind

      Cons

      so from day one there is a lack of organization and focus to support an individual or the US region for sales. No training, no sales support or local sales management to speak of at Nagarro, who they did have was removed after I left. Run away or avoid from any job offer you get from this company. There is no 401K, benefits for a single person are horrible. No work-life balance, You will have meetings at 6am or 10pm, irregardless of your personal time zone.
