Accelerated growth program here is awesome but very competitive. Good company to settle.

Cons

In most of the projects you wouldn't learn new things. Increments which used to be good are no longer that way. Either you'll have no work-life balance or you'll be free a lot of times.

So I'd better pay attention :-) In the accelerated growth program, you are allowed to circulate faster through projects. I hope you are taking advantage of this. And let's hope your next project challenges you enough. If not, try to join some of the learning and development initiatives on the side. Regarding increments, Nagarro is fully committed to being among the best paymasters for top-notch talent in India. However, the traditional salary growth in the broader industry slowed down dramatically in 2017, primarily due to trends in the INR-USD exchange rate and low inflation. Let's see how long this lasts.
