      Dear colleague, I am happy to see that you are enjoying your time at Nagarro. And yes, our CARING culture is a strength for us. We could have better office locations, yes. At the same time, very few places in Gurgaon, if any, will be free of the traffic snarls that are common to the city. I try and manage the traffic by coming in very early and trying to leave early - but, of course, your ability to do so depends on your individual home and work team situation.       They will give you money whether you have done work or not

      Cons

      -Long Bench periods -HR will force people to work in the technology not relevant to their experience. -Hiring is not done according to requirement rather done in bulk so after hiring you can tried to put in any project/technology by HR. -Resource management very poor. -Not Suitable for people who want to learn
