      Pros

      An amazing company to work. For a working mother like me, the work life balance is just beyond perfect. The senior management is approachable with an open mindset and views of working together.

      Cons

      I think there should be a slight change required the way appraisal evaluations are filled. Should make it a dual process by both the Evaluator and Evaluee and not just the evaluator.
