      lot of partiality and differentiation between Dev and QA

      Pros

      Flexible timings, relatively good in hand salary as compared to other service company.

      Cons

      No growth, nothing much to learn No process in place. Final settlement takes too much time. They took 45 days for disbursement.

      Dear colleague, Thanks for the note and advice to establish more processes to grow. I think you mean support processes. We have in fact been growing so fast that some of the support processes have been fraying and need to be fixed. I think I know your settlement case - it was inexcusable but I did some checking and feel it was mostly a one-off. Anyway, we are taking steps to make sure such cases don't recur.       Pros

      Work culture is good which shows good work life balance. Fun activities to indulge with team regularly. Onsite opportunities and good learning too. This is the best company for all specially for girls. HR and Management are supportive, they listen the queries and respond positively. Appraisals are good too. In one liner it is the Best company to work with.

      Cons

      For Software tester initial salary is low.
