Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am happy that you see all the positives in Nagarro that everyone works so hard to maintain. I agree with you on one of our locations - the road quality outside can be improved and Nagarro is continuously working to have the city administration focus on it. But overall, most locations In Gurgaon have issues with accessibility due to traffic. We have considered some of the newer areas before and realized that the commute time would increase for a lot of the employees. But we are a growing company and will outgrow the current space soon enough - and then we will have to look for other locations anyway.

Dear ex-colleague - thank you for taking the time to review Nagarro even though you are no longer with us. If there is one thing that we stress upon in our culture, it is that there is no role which is "always right." As a company, we have chosen to be completely non-hierarchical. Our HR team is focused on being employee-friendly (all of the pros that you have described are also "HR policies" - as in they are all defined by HR).
